Somehow I managed to pack my whole life into my 60L backpack- tricky stuff!- and I'm finally ready for the off!
I'm starting in Vietnam, which I thought that would be a good place to start as I've been there before -though probably not the best place to ease myself in!
I'll work my way up the country from Ho Chi Minh City and will fly out of somewhere around the middle.
(There she is!)
After going to Indonesia to explore some of the islands, I'll head off to Malaysia then to Singapore where I'll meet up with Amy.
After one crazy NYE and a visit to Universal Studios (yep, I'm buzzing!) we'll fly out to Melbourne to work for a bit before heading to New Zealand. After that, we're just going to see what happens!
Now that it's come around, I'm getting pretty nervous, especially since I haven't flown on my own before!
I'm going to try to keep up with this blog, and post when I've got wifi! I'll write again once I'm there. Hopefully the next blog post will be slightly more interesting!
